Three years, vegetarian 7 years prior
What made you change to a vegan diet?
Educating myself about the cruelty within the dairy and egg industry and learning about the negative health impact whilst watching “Forks over Knives”.
If it was for health reasons, what changes have you noticed?
Improved energy, glowing skin, better focus, inner peace and a more mindful eater.
What is your best tip for new vegans?
Experiment with new veggies, grains, legumes and fun recipes! Cruelty free food is fun!
What non vegan food (if any) do you miss the most?
Strawberry freddo frogs! Someone needs to make a vegan version asap!
What is your favourite thing to eat for each of these meals?
Breakfast – Big banana smoothie or a cold pressed veg juice.
Lunch – Porridge! Or pancakes!
Dinner – Sushi, rice paper rolls, anything involving potatoes J
Dessert – Raw chocolate or “nice cream”
